• Reviewing and advising on NDAs and commercial and procurement contracts for business units in Northern Vietnam.
• Work with Vietnam Regulatory Legal Manager and handle licensing matters in Northern Vietnam.
• Handle and advise on minor disputes with customers and suppliers.
• Handle and advise on minor regulatory matters.
• Legal research and advice.
• Candidate reports to Vietnam Legal Head but is expected to work with business units in Northern Vietnam.
• Candidate is expected to work on other legal matters as assigned by the Vietnam Legal Head.

• Recognised law degree in Vietnam.
• Qualification in the Vietnamese Bar is preferred but not mandatory.
• 3-4 years in a law firm or legal department of a logistics company.
• Legal work experience in a sales-driven organisation, logistics or e-commerce would make the candidate stand out.
• Strong ability to communicate in writing and verbally in Vietnamese and English.

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, procurement contracts, leases and tender documents.
• Constructive and effective business communication.
• Preparation and submission of licensing applications.
