Mô tả công việc
- Reviewing and advising on NDAs and commercial and procurement contracts for business units in Northern Vietnam.
- Work with Vietnam Regulatory Legal Manager and handle licensing matters in Northern Vietnam.
- Handle and advise on minor disputes with customers and suppliers.
- Handle and advise on minor regulatory matters.
- Legal research and advice.
- Candidate reports to Vietnam Legal Head but is expected to work with business units in Northern Vietnam.
- Candidate is expected to work on other legal matters as assigned by the Vietnam Legal Head.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Recognised law degree in Vietnam.
- Qualification in the Vietnamese Bar is preferred but not mandatory.
- 3-4 years in a law firm or legal department of a logistics company.
- Legal work experience in a sales-driven organisation, logistics or e-commerce would make the candidate stand out.
- Strong ability to communicate in writing and verbally in Vietnamese and English.
Desired Competency and Skills:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, procurement contracts, leases and tender documents.
- Constructive and effective business communication.
- Preparation and submission of licensing applications.
- Experience in litigation or dispute resolution in commercial matters.
- Legal research on commercial legal and licensing matters.
- Advise in and manage minor commercial disputes
