Mô tả công việc

Summary: An essential role in facilitating the company’s growth by providing legal assistance across various domains: acquisitions, construction, operations, financing, and corporate governance

1. Transaction Support

- Assist with legal matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions

- Participate in company's financing arrangements and ensuring compliance with financial legal requirements

2. Legal Operations

- Provide legal assistance in drafting and reviewing contracts related to construction and operation

- Work collaboratively with other departments to assess legal risks and develop strategic solutions

- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues impacting the company

- Manage and respond to any litigation or regulatory inquiries

- Stay up to date with changes in legislation, especially those affecting the company's industry

3. Corporate Governance

- Support corporate governance by assisting in the preparation of board resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and advising on compliance matters

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- A law degree from an accredited Law University

- 3 years of experience in a corporate legal setting

- Knowledge of real estate regulations and experience at a reputable law firm is a PLUS

- Proficient in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken)

- Strong legal research and writing skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration

- Demonstrated ability to think critically, strategically, and analytically

- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high degree of discretion
