Our mission is to leverage our strong partner relationships with tenants and development expertise to develop industrial real estate properties including: (i) ready-built factories, (ii) logistics warehouses and (iii) other industrial related commercial properties including potential expansion via the acquisition of well-located industrial properties across the country with significant repositioning / redevelopment potential.
