Legal Assistant (Full-time)
Mô tả công việc
1. Give legal advice:
- Provide legal advice related to basic legal matters on Sales, Marketing and Agro after consulting with Legal Manager.
2. Contracts/Documents:
2.1 Contracts:
- Initially review contracts, provide input to contracts/agreements (up to 300 million VND) to correct the possible problems and ensure that all contracts/agreements are in compliance with PepsiCo policies and local regulations.
- Assist Legal Counsel in preparing standard contract templates for other related functions; and
- Keep track of and record list of all contracts signed.
2.2 Other documents:
- Review and provide input on promotions and registrations of Marketing and Sales team to ensure promotion activities are fully in compliance with the laws.
- Prepare power of attorneys (“POA”) for the authoritized employees of the company.
- Keep track of all administration documents including powers of attorney, official letters and other documents.
3. Permit/License:
- Assist Legal Counsel in preparing all necessary documents related to applications of licenses of the Company (e.g., plant/head office/branch/representative office, etc.) to ensure the compliance and renewals of required licenses.
- Partner with other functions (e.g. SC/Agro) to submit the applications and follow up until the licenses are issued.
- Liaise with competent authorities for submitting application documents and obtaining licenses/ceritificates as business request.
4. Training:
- For FCPA and other Legal function training: Prepare participant list, partner with HR function to schedule and organize trainings
- Keep track of attendees list
- Support Corporate to check training materials translation.
5. Others:
- Follow up expenses and payment of legal functions (operation cost/T&E, etc.)
- Company stamps management.
- Conduct legal research and provide monthly updates of legal changes.
- Other tasks assigned by the Legal Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- The individual will need to be Law University graduate with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Have knowledge about Vietnamese laws and regulations;
- Must be well organized and accurate in work;
- Ability to work with different people in different functions; and
- Strong sense of ethics.
