Mô tả công việc

- Key role & responsibility:

- Planning/budgeting

- Plan data management team transition to new systems (DWH)

- Support Head of IT in annual planning & budgeting for Data Management

- People management

- In charge of the Data Management Team and responsible for the team management with respect to their work, trainings and satisfaction level

- Improve Internal satisfaction index of data management team

- Day-to-day activities

- Responsible for overall data quality in data warehouse and data mart

- Responsible for documenting and sustaining operating model of the new integrated Data Management and Data Warehouse teams enabling appropriate roles, responsibilities, guidelines, best practices etc.

- Ownership of ETL processes for creating and updating centralized DWH as well as functional data marts. Make information available to all users in a timely fashion

- Collaborate with all department heads to successfully implement and maintain data transformation, including data quality and standards

- Participate in IT department heads meetings for issue resolution, planning etc.

- Mentor and help develop technical competency of assigned team members. Define complex technical design/requirements for data warehousing & data marts projects

- Follows through with initiatives, assignments, and issues without direction and communicate updates and statuses effectively

- Undertake tasks assigned by Head of IT

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Background

- University Graduate, major: Computer Science, IT or Business Management

- At least 2 years’ experience working in Data mart/warehousing project, preferably working in Retails, Supply Chains, Financial Services sector

- Proven data program delivery experience

* Competencies (skills & abilities)

- Good understanding of ETL and DW processes

- Extensive experience with database and ETL technologies (preferably MS PowerBI)

- Must have good understanding of normalized and dimensional data modeling skills

- Strong oral & written communication skills

- Strong Leadership & Time management

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good command on SQL

- knowledge of SAS/R will be advantages

- knowledge of AI/ML will be advantages
