Mô tả công việc

Oversee all aspects of the project, including platform adjustments, system operations, content management, and coordination across related teams.
Develop effective workflows between departments: operations, technical, content, marketing, and partnerships.
Plan and execute strategies to grow the partner network (restaurants, cafés, local dining spots), monitor performance indicators, and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure that all published information is accurate, engaging, and suitable for international tourists.
Manage the product development timeline, including version updates and troubleshooting for both website and app.
Research insights from international users and propose product and UX improvements accordingly.
Monitor the performance of operational channels and prepare regular reports on project growth and effectiveness.
Handle any operational issues that arise with professionalism and efficiency.

2–3 years of experience in project management within related fields such as food, travel, technology, or digital content.
Strong skills in planning, tracking progress, and coordinating tasks across multiple departments.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a flexible and professional approach.
A solid understanding of the food community or Vietnam’s tourism market is a strong advantage.
Ability to analyze basic data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and willing to experiment and continuously improve.
Preference will be given to candidates with strong English skills in a professional working environment.

Starting salary: 15,000,000 VND/month
Annual salary review
Year-end bonus and project-based bonus, depending on project performance
