Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for analyzing, planning, designing, coordinating and conducting. Recruitment/Compensation & Benefit needs based on demands in order to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency
- Conduct HR Project related to Recruitment/Compensation & Benefit
- Assist HR Director in creating HR strategy
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Director
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Local candidates with experience in the similar position/field are preferred.
- Proficient communication in both Vietnamese & English.
- Service-minded.
