* Human Resource Database
- Ensure the employee information database are full , security and related document are in compliance with current laws.
- Manage the labor contract , employee profile , reward record , disciplinary record , and termination record…etc.
* Compensation & Benefit
- Plan , direct , supervise , and coordinate work activities of Compensation Team to ensure the company’s policies are followed and compliance such as over time , Incentive , PIT issues and pay roll.
- Manage the process of payroll , payroll transactions ; maintain employee benefits and compensation records.
- Monitor related works of SI , HI , UI , annual medical check-up.
* Human Resource Management
- Analyze compensation policies , government regulations , salary market survey and prevailing wage rates to support development of competitive compensation plans.
- Conduct and evaluate for the annual salary review , salary structure review and annual performance appraisal.
- Review , evaluate and modify compensation policies to ensure that they are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Fill vacant positions effectively and promptly to ensure Company continues to function efficiently. Evaluate and select most effective means of recruitments and Recruitment Agencies whenever necessary.
* Administration Managerment
- Conduct the program or projects which are assigned by Line Manager / Head Office such as Utilities management (canteen , water , electricity , waste things) and company’s activities which are required.
* Training & Develoment
- Assisting Board of Director in analyzing training needs , planning , designing , developing, implementing and evaluating training courses.
- Setting training and development objectives that meets the company’s human resource development strategy and evaluating training outcomes and designing solution for improvement.
* Other
- Manage the labor contractor to supply to each section on time.
- Control the labor contractor fee & payment in each month
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Female , Male.
- Age 30 years or above
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields.
- At least 3 year experience in Human Resource
- Good command in English
- Good computer skills in Microsoft office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, creative, and energetic.
- Teamwork oriented and customer oriented.
