Develop and implement Talent Acquisition plans that helps support and sustain Genetica’s high growth potential. Ensuring that we have the right talent in the right location in the correct time.
Develop a high-performance culture via the performance management and feedback progress.
Talent expert. Ensure that the business is continuing to raise the bar and not only growing talent from within, but also importing great external talent.
Ensure appropriate career development programs are aligned with critical skill development and succession planning for designated team.
Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues and other development feedback.
Last but not least, work directly with partner to ensure all C&B operation running well.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Required knowledge, skills, & abilities:

Demonstrated success in Talent Acquisition area within a fast-paced, high growth environment. Must be hands-on and capable of producing work with limited to no support staff.
Must be result-oriented and demonstrate strategic thinking, innovation, flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
Excellent leadership skills including superb communication, delivery results, consultative skills, partnership skills & team building.
Able to work in a highly matrixed environment who can take a initiative without a lot if direction.

Education Certificates & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field desirable.
4+ years of work experience in HR with demonstrated growth in responsibilities.
Set ambitious career goals & demonstrate ability to learn
