Mô tả công việc
* Who will you report to: HR manager
- Carry out the recruitment process, paying particular attention to advertising, screening and administration of new hires.
- Conduct and coordinate induction training for new staff.
- Liaise with Support staff managers and Faculty on the development of up to date Job Descriptions.
- Administer monthly attendance record and leave report.
- Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees, make sure company policies are strictly followed by staff.
- Maintain an up to date record of Staff personnel file.
- Source and obtain specialist to conduct training when needed.
- Coordinate staff performance assessment program.
- Carry out the grievance procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and exit formalities for leaving staff.
- Organize team building activities
- Prepare pay roll statement
- Manage workplace safety issues
- Perform other tasks as required.
- Working time: 8 hours/day, from Monday to Friday
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- University degree
- At least 1-2 years experience in the HR field
- Deep knowledge of Vietnamese labor law
- Good communication skills and Ms. Office skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Willing to learn; strong teamwork spirit; can work under high pressure
