Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a multinational FMCG company. Our highly respected client is seeking a professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience as a role of HRBP Manager. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
HRBP Manager will be focused on aligning business objectives with employees and management under company policies and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy Partner
• Proposing ideas to improve strategies, policies and human resource management processes.
• Supporting and advising the Department Directors in human resource management, training, recruitment, promotion, discipline, ...
• Developing HR management processes and policies staffing
• Implementing and managing the implementation of salary policies in the departments when signing labor contracts
2. Recruitment
• Making headcount plan for a short and long term under business requirements
• Planning and proposing recruiting yearly budget and control the budget
• Managing a full cycle recruitment process including screening candidates, scheduling and interviewing candidates; coordinating pre-employment physicals; preparing and extending offers and onboarding of candidates and hires.
• Using social media, job boards, and other creative and effective sourcing strategies to reach high quality candidates
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with recruitment channels to support recruiting activities
• Advising multinational line manager in recruitment process
3. Other HR tasks
• Supporting expat staffs
• Managing some related C&B tasks
• Establishing and following up training sessions
• Implementing and controling the implementation of policies and personnel processes within the - Other tasks required by management at all levels
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management and others
• Minimum of 3 years at management role
• Strong leadership and management skills especially stakeholders who are expats
• Experience working in MNC environment
• Good command of English
• Personality: creative, teamwork, humorous, result oriented, trustworthy.
