HR Recruitment Specialist

- Take responsibility to implement recuitment requirements based on the recuitment’s proceed
- Take responsility to reting to all planning & co-ordination actvities of HR Dept.
- Use search engines to support looking for candidates for available vacancies;
- In charge of screening records, arranging interviews, and ensuring the selection of the right people in accordance with company's recruitment process;
- Ensure employees’ full profile in accordance with company’s regulation
before recruitment;
- Make all procedures in receiving workers to work at sites of the company
- Explain all policies and regulations when working at the company
- Follow the labour status at sites of the company to prepare for replacement in the case of staff leave off
- Follow all problems regarding staff s relationships arising at sites of the company
- Proactively propose measures & instruments appropriate recruitment, performance
- Other assigned tasks
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade, Social and Humanity, Economic, Economic Laws, Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management;
- Employees having experiences in recruiting key staff are preferable
- Good command for both written and spoken in English;
- Good at MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
- Strong Time management skill and ability to work under pressure;
- Active and be approactive;
- Know and use social media for communication (Optional);
- Can-do attitude and passion in the HR field.
- Leadership skill
- Hard working, pro-active and logical thinking
