Mô tả công việc
• Supervising the implementation and improvement of company overall personnel policy.
• Ensure Human Resources function is achieving objectives of company requirement.
• Update and maintain company organization charts, job descriptions for all positions.
• Update IRC (Investment Registration Certificate) & ERC (Enterprise Registration Certificate) based on Vietnam Law if any change.
• Manpower planning with Board of Management and handle recruitments, induction, orientation of employees.
• Advice and assistance on disciplinary action to the Disciplinary Committee.
• Assist in formulation of Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with all departments related to build training programs every year. Follow up, organizing and arranging training course accordingly.
• Compensation & benefits, instituting performance appraisal and reward system, salary review process and personnel development.
• Responsible for the relationship with the Labour Department and all other local employment authorities. This includes being responsible for completion of all employee contracts ensuring that they are in line with Labour Department requirements.
• Responsible for the confidential archiving and maintenance of all personnel records, as well as the management of all reports from this record.
• Ensure payroll system and welfare activities are being carried out as schedule and comply company policies.
• Yearly budget of HR Dept.
• Overseeing the general administration (canteen operation, transportation, security, cleaning service, company event, ……)
• Other task assigned by BOM.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree related Human Resources / Administrative / Law
- Written and spoken English (Good)
- 5 years relevant experience
- The wage agreements in the interview.
