TECH-LINK SILICONES VIETNAM is a 100% Foreign Invested Company, specializes in manufacturing of high technology products for automotive parts and household, Silicone glue pipe, liquid Silicone Rubber, Silicone polymer. We are looking for qualified candidates for the position of HR Generalist as the following Job description:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans, take responsibility of insurance issues and contracts for employees (Vietnamese and foreigners)
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation - and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes , arrangement, adjustment manpower to supply for production line, contact and work with outsourcing suppliers ( including attendance and payment processes)
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize annual employee performance reviews
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities, outdoor games…
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, prepare document for audit (by the third party or government)
- Making daily, weekly and monthly report
- Other tasks assigned by Section Manager / HR Manager or BOD
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male / Female, 25-35 years old
- College / University degree in relevant fields
- At least 03 years of experiences, working in factory
- Be able to communicate fluently in English or Chinese.
- Must be proficient in Words, Microsoft Excel, Emailing.
