VIG is looking for Legal Intern
Job Description
- Keep abreast of changes in laws affecting the company and its investments.
- Give legal advice with respect to corporate administration; prepare corporate documents, anticipate and guard against legal risks involving the company and its investments.
- Study proposed and existing legislation related to operations of the company.
- Assist legal counsels in legal research, documents filing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated students or 4th year students from good Vietnamese law universities, or major in legal.
- Legal intern experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to do legal research, work with government authorities, good in formatting, writing.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Duration Intern: 3 months, 8:00 -17:00 from Mon – Fri.
Quyền lợi/Phúc lợi
- Working Time: Mon – Fri from 8:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
- Allowance: 3,000,000 VND/month.
- Reference letter from VIG.
