1. A memorable trip to Da Nang

Last summer, I had an unforgettable trip to Da Nang with my family. We stayed there for five days and visited many famous places. On the first day, we went to Ba Na Hills and took the cable car to see the Golden Bridge. The view from the top was absolutely stunning, and the air was so fresh. We also walked around the French Village and took many beautiful photos. The next day, we spent time at My Khe Beach. The sea was clean, and the waves were calm, which made it perfect for swimming and playing on the sand. In the evening, we tried many local dishes such as mi Quang, banh xeo, and fresh seafood. I was really impressed by the friendliness of the people and the peaceful atmosphere of the city. That trip gave me a break from studying and helped me bond more with my family. During the winter holiday, I went to Da Lat with my cousins, and it was one of the best trips I’ve ever had. Last year, my class organized a trip to Ha Long Bay, and I was very excited because it was my first time visiting this famous place. We traveled by bus and arrived in the morning. As soon as we got there, we took a boat to explore the bay. The water was so blue, and there were hundreds of limestone islands rising from the sea, each with a different shape. We visited several caves, and the inside was cool and full of colorful lights. I was amazed by how beautiful nature could be. Last summer, I had the chance to visit Thailand with my parents. It was my first time traveling abroad, and everything was so exciting. We stayed in Bangkok for three days and visited many famous places like the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Chatuchak Market. The temples were beautiful, with golden statues and colorful decorations. We also enjoyed shopping and tasting Thai street food such as mango sticky rice, pad Thai, and coconut ice cream. After that, we flew to Phuket and spent two days at the beach. The water was crystal clear, and the sunset was breathtaking. I even tried snorkeling for the first time. The Thai people were very friendly and helpful. This trip gave me a chance to learn about another culture and practice my English. It was such a wonderful experience that I will never forget. I hope to travel to Thailand again in the future.

5. My first time in Singapore

Last year, I traveled to Singapore with my aunt and uncle during the summer holiday. Singapore is a clean and modern country with many amazing places to visit. We stayed for four days and went to Gardens by the Bay, where I saw the famous Supertree Grove and the Cloud Forest. Everything was so green and futuristic. We also visited Universal Studios Singapore and had a lot of fun trying out the rides. My favorite was the roller coaster – it was both scary and exciting! On the last day, we went shopping on Orchard Road and enjoyed some delicious food at a hawker center. I tried Hainanese chicken rice and chili crab – they were really tasty. I was impressed by how organized and beautiful Singapore was. People there speak English fluently, so it was easy to communicate. This trip helped me gain more confidence when traveling and left me with unforgettable memories.

6. A trip to South Korea

Last winter, I had the opportunity to visit South Korea with my older sister. It was the first time I saw snow, and I was so excited. We visited Seoul and explored famous places like Gyeongbokgung Palace, Myeongdong Street, and Namsan Tower. The palace was very large and traditional, and we even saw the guard-changing ceremony. In Myeongdong, we went shopping and tried many Korean snacks like tteokbokki, hotteok, and Korean fried chicken. At night, the city was full of lights and music. We also joined a tour to Everland theme park and played all day long. Since it was cold, we wore thick jackets and drank hot chocolate. Everyone in Korea was polite and kind. I also used some Korean words I had learned from watching K-dramas. The trip helped me understand Korean culture better, and now I really want to go back again.
