Recruitment (70%)
• Be in charge of leading recruitment activities by meeting the monthly recruitment KPI
• Be mainly in charge of the whole recruitment process of positions ensuring sourcing suitable channels to reduce mis-hires and recruitment costs and ensuring alignment with the recruitment process
• Be active in using the appropriate recruitment channels for suitable positions in an effective cost
• Be main contact point of recruitment of new project
• Build candidate talent pool effectively to meet recruitment request in time
• Estimate, propose and manage the budget/cost of recruitment plan
• Weekly & Monthly recruitment report update
• Support & lead other team members in recruitment areas to make sure the KPI recruitment is met
Internship program (30%)
• Be in charge of internship program in preparing plan, perform, tracking report
• Connect with universities/colleges to market the Company’s brand, to source, select potential students to convert into interns for the Company.
• Involved in conversion of potential universities/colleges into partners with the Company by signing MOU and sending students for internships/management programs
• Execute internship program, management program to build pipeline
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1- Good in communication and negotiation, searching skills
2- Background from headhunting services company is a plus
3- Highly-motivated, result-oriented, driven to achieve high performance standards;
4- More than 3 years experience in recruitment section
