• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Lead the focus investments results in sturdy growth of business channels.
• Lead the Finance and Accounting department through build and deploy professional systems, SOPs in sturdy business growth.
• Scale up the finance organization to support the business growth; Develop a sustainable organization structure with integrated portfolio, optimize distribution and simplified financial, organization structure for long-term.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization; Optimize Cost structure, manage the integration of budgeting and accounting systems; Design data sources to support reporting/requirements.
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with government laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable ACCA certification.
• 7+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in Retail/Fashion/Cosmetic/Luxury Business industry.
• Significant experience in or knowledge of accounting, including financial and management accounting, consolidated financial statements, compliance, and reporting.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is essential and strong working knowledge of Excel is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
