Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Lead the focus investments results in sturdy growth of business channels.
Lead the Finance and Accounting department through build and deploy professional systems, SOPs in sturdy business growth.
Scale up the finance organization to support the business growth; Develop a sustainable organization structure with integrated portfolio, optimize distribution and simplified financial, organization structure for long-term.
Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization; Optimize Cost structure, manage the integration of budgeting and accounting systems; Design data sources to support reporting/requirements.
Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with government laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable ACCA certification.
7+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in Retail/Fashion/Cosmetic/Luxury Business industry.
Significant experience in or knowledge of accounting, including financial and management accounting, consolidated financial statements, compliance, and reporting.
Microsoft Office proficiency is essential and strong working knowledge of Excel is preferred.
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
