General Human Resources (KCX Tân Thuận Q7)

HR Generalist is the one who can in charge all of fields in Human Resources Department. Therefore, Tech-Link Silicone Vietnam is looking for the one can be responsible for:
A. Attendance
- Prepare everday attendance report in morning.
- Time-record working hours for all of staff including worker, officer, expat, seasonal workers.
- Receive and review all of leave documents and other documents related to attendance.
- Prepare document for punishment and reward.
- Guide and response any employees's concern.
- Ensure correct timesheet for audit and payroll on time.
- Make payment for man power service company.
B. Recruitment and training
- Receive recruitment request from all of department and follow up headcount.
- Communicate with related department for update job description
- Find sources to choose suitable method for searching candidates
- Telescreen candidates and arrange interview with line manager, referral check (if any)
- Negotiate and prepare offer letter.
- Arrange and welcome new comers. Take employee' document
- Training company regulations.
- Input all employees information on systems and get fingerprint.
C. Social insurance and labor contract
- Follow up and mentor master file for updated employee list.
- Follow up assessment for signing new contract and extend contracts.
- Collect and export contracts monthly.
- Write payslip for every change in employee salary and allowance
- Increase and decrease social insurance. Claim for any issues of sickness, accident... Finalize social insurance books for leave employee.
- Prepare payment in the end of month for accouting
- Review C12 and social insurance books.
- Deploy other company policy for employee (maternity, under 6 years-old child)
- Cross check Union fee.
D. Employee engagement
- Solve all of employee issues
- Penalty and reward on time
- Exit interview and retention.
- Organize Company activities.
- Support any unexpected events
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male or female, from 22-35 years-old.
- Graduate university or college and in related majors.
- Knowledge in HR, industrial, labor code and related law.
- Experienced in manufacturing size more than 200 employees in at least 1 years and in the same position in 2 years
- Good mindset and flexible on problem solving.
- Honestly, active and quick reaction.
