Mô tả công việc

Handle, check & control all accounting records booked into the system;
Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statement reports accurately and on deadline;
Prepare all kind of Tax reports and Tax payment including VAT, CIT, WHT and other tax (if any);
Issue invoice;
Verify and ensure all of payments to suppliers and to employees are in line with the company's policy and procedure, tax and government's regulation;
Prepare bank transfer to suppliers and get approval from authority person;
Manage account AR balance and chasing payment from related department/ customer;
Prepare weekly cash report;
Supervise the working of under level (if any);
Liaise with bank officer to open bank account, update and manage the approval registered with bank;
Handle and manage the accounting system of new company which is established for investment purposes of SKR
Co-ordinate with external auditors to issue yearly financial report;
Other tasks assigned by Finance & Accounting Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Having at least 3 year experiences in similar position or Experience in Big4 from 3 years.
High level of integrity and results-orientation
Ability to interpret problems in an understandable way and solve problems independently.
Can do multiple task.
