Foreign Law Office Internship (Non-Paid)

This is a non- paid internship opportunity for recent law major graduates or current university students.
We are recruiting interns for both of our Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices.
- Assist a lawyer in the area of foreign direct investment (formation of foreign owned enterprises, joint- venture)
- Researching relevant laws and regulations under the supervision of a lawyer
- Translate legal documents and information in English/Vietnamese
- Travelling from/to competent government authorities to submit documents/dossiers
- Improve basic lawyering skills and improve professional office working skills
- Grow to be a successful legal professional with highest level of professionalism and ethical mindset
- Other tasks and assignments deemed appropriate by a supervising lawyer/director
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Currently attending university with major in law or recent graduate with bachelor in law in Vietnam
- Common sense with basic level of English communication (Korean language ability is a plus but not required)
- Desire to transition to become a legal assistant after successful completion of internship
This position is not for current lawyers.
