Mô tả công việc

Do Payment and Account Payable activities (domestic and oversea) and support tasks about Treasury, Legal and Tax issues:

Daily control & accounting booking: AP; AR; GL
Scrap sales management & check broker fee
Check and controlling petty cash system
Overall responsibility for Esker - monitor intercom invoice status
Daily processing payment & funding & cash flow reports
Bank reconciliation and Inventory reconciliation
Check GIT
Spot & Forward contracts
Monthly reconciliation: AP; AR; GL & intercom transaction
Monthly & quarterly local statutory & statistics reports
Review & clear long outstanding prepayments & accrual SM+PG & chase end user for submission
Prepare monthly schedule of clearing; sundry & accrual natural account
Oracle schedule & monthly checklist
Prepare some costing report (Shipment report, Washing & printing reports…)
Withholding tax
Update VAT for expenses paid by bank

Other tasks assign by Chief Accountant and Financial Controller

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Management.
Minimum 02 years working experience, preferably in the areas of oversea payment.
English fluency
