Finance and Accounting Supervisor
Mô tả công việc
- AR/AP management:
• Follow up Account receivable for domestic, account payable, reconciliation AP/AR and make sure timely disclosure of the risks involved.
• Credit limit control for both AR/AP.
• Sales invoice record/issue and reconciliation in SAP system vs VAT report.
- Inventory management:
• Check and follow up production report on SAP input-output rate, consumption, reconciliation WH inventory in-out at accounting side.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
o Education/Academic: Bachelor's degree preferably in finance/ accounting/ auditing.
o Language/Computer Proficiency: Good in English both in speaking and writing; Good at Excel, Words, PowerPoint and other office computer skills, SAP experience is preferable.
o Technical Skills/ Competence: Teamwork player, must be able to work with diverse team members across locations.
o Behavioral Competencies: Honest, dedicated, hard-working, can-do attitude.
o Work Experience: Work ex – around 5 years in accounting field, experience working in manufacturing is preferred.
