Mô tả công việc

Handle online order in daily basis to complete all orders with effective quality of work
Be a main person of customer’s touch point for orders via online channel
Provide administrative activities related to order fulfillment.
Manage customer enquiry for all on-line channels with fast action response
Escalate of all problems/complains to assure they are satisfactory resolved
Coordinate with related departments (Warehouse, Transport, Finance, QA, Commercial, IT, Sales, Marketing, Business Development) to deliver company's products to customers.
On line front end upload / update assortment, stock, pricing for both internal and external sales channel
Update all related issues regarding the orders for further coordinating with customer
Make verbal or written daily, monthly reports related to Telesales e-commerce
Analyze customer’s trend, comment, feedback and report
Manage the product database & materials
Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager

Fluent in English (able to present ideas orally and in writing especially for formal correspondence)
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service/Call Center environment
SAP, CRM and Microsoft Office skill required
Strong communication and listening skills
Working in flexible schedule, respond to customer queries out of office hours
Knowledge in Social Media, Ecommerce Platforms
