Digital Marketing Executive
Mô tả công việc
1. Digital – Online Communication:
- Develop overall Communication Strategy and agree with Marketing Manager by yearly, quarterly, monthly and by campaigns
- Ensure timely delivery of key objectives as defined in the Communication Strategy, including brand-building, activation and membership
- Set and track KPIs for the above communication channel
- Manage the Communication team in their respective tasks
- Supervise agency during the execution plan
- Liaise also with Membership Lead and A&P Lead to ensure linkage of respective objectives
- Manage and report in general all Marketing performance
2. Offline communication (Out-Of-Home):
- Conduct and supervise agency in service deployment
- Manage and follow up the expiry, terms & conditions of service contracts, such as: billboard renting, principle license and advertising license for signages
- Manager advertising license and maintenance of logo signages around all stores
- Propose communication plan through offline channels (billboards, street banners, LCD, public and AEON bus wrapping…)
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of offline channels for each campaign
- Other tasks as assigned by Marketing HQ / Japan Manager
3. Financial Management:
- Propose the budget for all communication campaigns based on the result and actual expense from the previous campaign
- Control the yearly budget of Digital and Communication
- Allocate total budget for each channel to commit the campaign KPI and effectiveness
- Follow up and report the budget and expense to Marketing Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated with the major of Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 03 year of related experience.
- Good communication skill
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
- Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
- Good relationship management
