Mô tả công việc

Be in charge of the accuracy of data updating and accounting records at subsidiary.
Check financial report monthly, quarterly, 6 month, 9 month or yearly which follows Company's template and The Ministry of Finance's (Financial Report, Final Report,...)
Manage Accounting team to fulfill accounting process, ensure the accuracy and compliance of all data.
Prepare financial reports/ statements, cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
Ensure the company compliance with relevant Vietnamese law and all requirements of auditing.
Responsible for other activities assigned by Chief Accountant and be representative at GHC or GEC when he/she is out of office.
Build up Company's policies/procedures/instructions regarding accounting tasks at subsidiary.
Evaluate Annual Budget Plan; report weekly, monthly, yearly and other assigned tasks by Chief Accountant.

Educational Background: At least University graduation with major in Accounting, Accounting - Auditing, Finance, Corporate Finance,...
Working Experience: from 4 years of working as Deputy Accounting Manager or equivalent.
Be knowlegable about variety fields of Finance - Accounting, Tax, Auditing and other relevant laws.
Updated economic news, financial fluctuation or any other things may affect to company operation.
Basic knowledge of electricity industry.
Language skill: Able to communicate fluently and writing proficiently in English.
Master in Computering Skills (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Powerpoint, Internet) and other accounting softwares/apps.
Interpersonal and teamwork attitude
Deligent, hard-working and travelling is required.
