Mô tả công việc
- Receive issues/complaints about orders from customers via: Hotline, email, Kakao, Line, Zalo;
- Provide answers and resolutions to customers including return, refund, reorder, changes in order, delivery;
- Contact stores to resolve complaints from customers about orders, follow up until the issues are resolved;
- Receive requests and provide information about services, products, instructions;
- Liase with related departments for issues resolution including wrong content, product specs, barcode, image, payment issues, 3rd party service quality (Grab, Ahamove);
- Support coordinate with related departments about product issues: quality, expiry, inventory. etc;
- Support stores in case of high volume of order in: admin task, picking, packing, etc;
- Daily/weekly/ monthly report on issues/complaints and on-going projects;
- Continuosly update customer service procedures and conduct monthly training for store staffs & HO staffs;
- Prepare and standardize dialogue scripts for customers' inquiries;
- Make outbound for retention/ reactivation accounts and telemarketing/ NPS according to target.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Working on shift: 8am - 5pm & 12pm - 9pm
- Ready to answer the phone and email frequently.
- Communication skill.
- Problem solving skill.
- Familiar with Ms Office.
- Patient, careful, willing to learn.
- Can work well under high pressure.
- Good communication in English & Vietnamese
- Can be available to work on shifts, holidays and weekends
