We’re a healthcare marketing solution agency on a mission to bring clarity, creativity, and care to the way brands in health, wellness, and pharma connect with people. From breakthrough campaigns to everyday health content, we turn medical messages into meaningful human stories.
Now, we’re looking for a Content Leader who’s not just great with words, but also knows how to inspire a team, shape ideas, and deliver content that both educates and engages.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of copywriters & content writers — help them become better storytellers, thinkers, and collaborators.
- Build smart, relevant content strategies for healthcare brands across platforms through the line.
- Co-create big ideas with the creative and strategy team, and turn those into strong content plans and executions.
- Ensure every piece of content is clear, correct, on-brief and on-brand — especially when
simplifying complex health topics. - Review, edit, and guide content across campaigns, ensuring consistency in voice, quality, and message.
- Stay on top of social trends, health news, and platform updates — and help the team stay ahead too.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3–5 years of experience in content or copywriting, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role, preferably in an agency.
- Think strategically but write like a human. You can connect insights, empathy, and messaging into one seamless flow.
- Know how to guide a team, give constructive feedback, and bring out the best in others.
- You’re comfortable writing (or reviewing) across different content types — short-form, long-form, video, social, campaign decks, etc.
- You’re curious about health, wellness, and human behavior — and believe that great healthcare content can change lives.
- Experience working on healthcare/pharma/medical clients is a plus — but not required if you're ready to learn.
