Mô tả công việc

- Provide advice or handle for legal matters arising in the operation of the Company in order to ensure the compliance with regulations of laws as required by Management and other departments.
- Draft/review/revise/comment on documents of the Company as required by Management and other departments.
- Review/draft contracts of Company (loan agreement, cooperation agreement, etc.) as required by Management and other departments.
- Prepare/support other departments to prepare reports submitting to competent authorities.
- Review internal regulations and procedures of the Company to ensure the compliance with regulations as required by Management and other departments.
- Take in charge Audit procedure by clients, including but not limited: Prepare, submit compliance reports to Client’s auditors and clarify the report content when required.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws affecting the Company and its operations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor of Laws degree or higher.
- Have at least 2-year-experience; preferable in field of International Trade Law/Import-Export/Human Resources.
- Solid knowledge about laws on enterprises, labor, tax; experience in implementing Compliance programs.
- Fluent English skill, preferable having English certificate equivalent to TOEIC 650+ or higher
- Self-research ability, fast learning, and logical thinking.
- Good planning, organizing and time management skill.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skill.
- Location: HCMC or Binh Duong area, Vietnam
