Mô tả công việc
- Design Leadership: Lead end-to-end product design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and market analysis to inform design decisions and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team.
- Problem Solving: Identify design challenges and propose innovative solutions that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously improve our products.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design solutions in web and/or mobile applications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Familiarity with prototyping tools is a plus.
- UX Expertise: Deep understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to tackling complex design challenges.
- Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, q-commerce, SaaS, knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS), or familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
