Mô tả công việc

Work closely with legal, compliance, merchant teams on defining the on-boarding, periodic review, audit and punishment policy for merchants;
Perform risk assessment and due diligence of KYB process periodically or when on-boarding new merchants;
Maintain merchant blacklist, high-risk merchant category codes (MCCs) and industries, prohibited products & business activities based on rules & requirements of Visa/ MasterCard, State Bank of Vietnam and acquiring banks;
Monitor fraud/ charge back status caused by and suspicious activities of merchants and collaborate with merchant teams to mitigate the risk;
Define rules/ policies/ strategies applied for merchants based on merchant risk level to maintain a high payment success rate without losses from risk perspective;
Report and review post-mortem Risk metrics and performance

University degree, preferably in Economy and Finance;
Have 1+ years of experience in Risk Management at bank, payment company, e-wallet company or e-commerce company;
Have general knowledge of bank card & payment system;
Have up-to-date knowledge of authority’s rules and other rules of prohibited products and business activities;
Decision making and problem solving skills – ability to identify the root cause, evaluate potential loss, user experience impact; and quickly give solution;
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
Great communication skills – ability to communicate well with teams to give persuasive opinions and define rules
