Mô tả công việc
- Research, update and systematize legal documents relating to the organization, operation and business of the Company.
- Prepare and check the dispatch, economic contracts, serving the Company's operations.
- Translate laws and regulations for individuals and businesses when required
- Advise methods and measures to strictly comply with the provisions of law and state agencies.
- Implement legal documents for the company
- Checking, modifying and supplementing legal documents, issued documents and transaction documents to ensure compliance with the provisions of the enterprise law, labor law, and other regulations of Government.
- Managing legal documents and records of the Company according to regulations
- Contact, deal with outside agencies to deal with Upper level assignments
- Support all departments in the company in legal
- Other jobs under the direction of Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/ Female: from 28 years old over.
- Law Bachelor (major in Economic law)
- At least 2 years- experience with the same level.
- Real estate experienced candidates is in priority
- Good communication and negotiation.
- Independence , working under pressure
- Responsibility and enthusiasm.
- Good English or Japanese language.
