Build Accounting System
- Building & managing the accounting control system to ensure that the Company's accounting complies with accounting principles & state laws, and responds to the issuance of financial & internal reports in a timely and fully manner.
- Building, organizing and standardizing the Company's financial and accounting system, including: building processes and regulations related to finance and accounting
- Building, organizing and standardizing the financial accounting system for the Company to be listed on the stock exchange

Control data and report
- Preparing financial and management reports fully and timely, under accounting standards, tax circulars and the company's charter
- Coordinating with audit firms and tax authorities in audits/inspections/settlements
- Preparing tax reports according to regulations of tax authorities fully and timely. Pay tax at any time required by the tax authority
- Responsible for working with tax, insurance, inspection Authorities, Department of Planning and Investment, State Treasury, Customs, suppliers
- Doing financial analysis, identifying strengths, points to be improved in the accounting and financial systems of the Company, making appropriate improvement proposals (Operating processes, costs, organizational structure, investment decision making, cash flow,…)

Control costs and cash flow
- Optimizing cash flow by controlling sources of income, expenses and liabilities
- Cost controlling must be done consistently with the approved budget, resulting in cost savings and increasing productivity
- Ensure that payment records are made following regulations of tax authorities, financial policies and other regulations.
- Giving opinions, feedback and controlling payment conditions and other payment terms related to service contracts with suppliers, consulting, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, regulations financial statements of the Company and other regulations.

Revenue control
- Control the SPA value entered with the customer according to the price approved by the Company. Ensure payment conditions in accordance with current regulations
- Ensure correct calculation, full calculation of late payment interest for customers and full interest collection
- Ensuring the accounting of invoices and issuing invoices for customers according to current accounting standards and tax regulations
- Review and improve accounting and operating procedures, consistent with internal controls - Manage & eliminate risk of cash flow, payment, tax... Management of accounting department
- Organizing and training accounting department in a scientific, economical & effective way
- Supervising, checking and evaluating the work efficiency of employees in the department, being responsible to the Board of Directors for the department's activities.
- Support other departments with all work related to payment or invoice
- Approve payments proposed by departments in the Company
- Other tasks as requested by the CEO

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Qualification & Experience
- College graduating or above majoring in Finance/Accounting
- At least 7 years of experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably in the tourism and service industry
- Candidates with experience working in a listed company on the stock exchange will be preferred
- Chief Accountant Certification
- Good office computer skills, proficient in Excel formulas, proficient in software such as SAP, FAST,

Knowledge, Skills & Behavior
- Fluent English skills (required)
- Knowledge of Vietnamese financial law including tax law
- Knowledge of investment law (preferred)
- Understanding international financial reporting standards is an advantage
- Dynamic and be sensitive to numbers, problem solving skill
- Leadership skills: goal setting, performance management, employee development & empowerment
- Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines
- Good presentation, communication and reporting skills
