Mô tả công việc
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance on E-gaming operation, proactively identify associated risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies
• Contract drafting, legal advisory responsibilities for company activities
• Check or review legal forms and documents for accuracy
• Executing a corporate strategy relating to the organizational structure of all of the business unit, including setting up new entities.
• Liaise with government
• Review, process and ensure the company’s compliance with government regulations and requirements, such as permits and licenses, standards, mandatory reporting, etc.
• General Data Protection Regulation, Privacy, and General Compliance matters – advisory work to business on compliance and regulators
• Provide legal and strategic business advice to help develop a comprehensive, longterm sustainable approach for E-gaming service
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male or Female
- More than 4 years of legal consultant experience or worked at a law firm.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of legal principles and practices
