Mô tả công việc
- As C&B Lead, you will be responsible for developing your team and ensuring that they are effectively informed and motivated to deliver an excellent service.
- You will be responsible for managing & coordinating all processes in the area of Core HR: SMUI, payroll, reward & benefits, personnel administration, labor compliances, labor cost budget.
- You will also ensure that the team meets ongoing goals in employee support, satisfaction, cost, integration and effectiveness.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- You develop, implement and improve policies and processes in the area of overall HR services and Payroll.
- You act as a coach for your team in helping them to grow and develop their talent.
- You perform specialized surveys, analyses and reports as required to get statistics.
- You are responsible for overall data quality, data integrity and confidentiality in our HR and Payroll systems.
- You admin/ oversee monthly reports in relation to cost center changes, job changes, pensions, life insurance to provide valuable insights to HRBP Production site) and Talent Acquisition.
- You admin labor cost budget and consolidate the cost with Finance team and Social Organization.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within HR, demonstrating a proven track record of delivery across organizational development and change, in terms of Personnel administration, pension, payroll & reward.
- You already had a 1st experience as People leader with coaching knowledge and skills
- You are an expert of Vietnamese social legislation
- Working knowledge in Employee/Industrial Relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assimilate information and learn quickly
- Relationship builder and personal credibility
- You have a good conceptual and problem-solving thinking ability
- Regularly update labor law and make sure that all HR service are in compliance.
