- System: Including schools of Canadian International School System invested by Canada International Primary School, Secondary School, High School Joint Stock Company (invested in CIS and BCIS), Albert Einstein Primary School, Secondary School, High School Joint Stock Company (invested in AES) and Canada-Vietnam Kindergarten Joint Stock Company (CVKC) (invest in CVK Q7 and CVK BC).
- Affiliated companies: are units providing services directly under the KNE, including May (meals, coffee, stationery, event catering ...) and Nguyen Trinh Gia (students transportation, protection, hygiene)
- KNE or Holdings: As Khoi Nguyen Investment and Education Development Joint Stock Company; The controlling shareholder in CISC, CVKC, AESC and affiliated companies.
- Office of the Board of Directors is the main office of the whole system: It is responsible for managing and operating all administrative, purchasing, asset management, service inspection and coordination tasks of entire supporting apparatus to ensure the best operation of all schools in the system.

OVERVIEW
- Managing and operating all activities of the Board of Directors' office.
- Responsible for managing all administrative, purchasing and asset management activities of the entire system
- Responsible for activities coordination of the supporting apparatus for companies and departments affiliated with KNE to report directly to the Board of Directors (BOD).
SPECIFIC TASKS
* ADMINISTRATION
• Organizing, managing and supervising and administering general administrative administration at the BOD's office to serve schools in the whole system.
• Support to guide relevant departments on administrative work.
• Assist and guide affiliated units to implement the instructions of the BOD. Timely reflect and propose to the BOD to remove difficulties for units to effectively implement the assignment.
• Supervise the compliance of rules and regulations of the management system at all affiliated units.
• Organize activities such as arranging meetings, attending meetings under the assignment of the BOD, monitoring and speeding up the work according to the assignment.
• Summarize, report the operating situation and issues at the schools and departments in the system.
• Summarize weekly reports and send to the BOD 1 day before weekly meeting as prescribed.
• Perform as secretary cum interpreter for the BOD in all meetings.
• Censoring all proposals, reports, plans from the directors, heads of departments before submitting to the BOD and advising BOD in order to solve problems.
• Perform in translation document as the request of the BOD.
* PURCHASING WORK
• Coordinate with school operation managers and other departments in the Company to develop a purchasing budget and implement the purchasing plan, to ensure timely service for the operation of schools and units.
• Develop a statistical system of purchasing activities: by goods, by purchasing purposes, by distributors, by cost ... to provide purchasing management reports, support the BOD to capture all purchasing activity.
• Management on supplier debt monitoring (Coordinating with Accounting department)
• Statistics and storage of warranty and maintenance policies of all products purchased.
• Develop procurement processes to meet the company's financial regulations.
• Regularly update, evaluate and select a list of potential suppliers to ensure supply data is always guaranteed in terms of quantity and quality.
• Responsible to participate in reviewing sales contracts with the legal and accounting departments, ensuring the purchasing contracts are properly signed and protecting the highest benefit of the company.
• Monitor the process of contract implementation, monitor suppliers to comply with the contract.
• Responsible for managing and monitoring assets in - out, transferring and liquidating assets in accordance with the process and regulations.
• Fully and timely meet the equipment and working facilities for all teachers and staffs of the whole system.
• Monitor and manage the procurement of goods according to the minimum inventory norms.
• Coordinate and perform some other unexpected tasks as required by the Board.

* FOREIGN RELATIONS
• Assisting the BOD in foreign affairs with customers and partners.
• Create and maintain foreign relations with foreign partners and international organizations and diplomatic agencies in the country.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Foreign Language.
• Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience working in the same position.
• Have a general understanding of the corporate governance practices.
Skill:
• Proficient in MS office.
• English: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, writing skills as well as document translation; Interpreters in meetings of the Board.
• Ability to organize, implement work independently and manage time well.
• Have the skills to write reports; general - updated information.
• Good communication skills (with both Vietnamese and foreigners).
• Ability to communicate effectively internally with leaders and staff, as well as effectively communicate with external organizations and customers.
• Professional, confident and friendly manners
