I. Job Overview/ Responsibilities:
Assisting Managing Partner & Partners to task related to legal consultation in order to meet the customer’s requirement on time and popularized/promoted the IC’s image to national and international.
II. Job Description:
• To carry out legal research, advice and legal opinion
• To attend meetings with clients and other third parties
• To draft legal documents
• To liaise with government agencies and organizations
• To co-ordinate the preparation of Vietnamese language versions of documentation
• To assist in promotion activities and business development programs of the Firm, and
• To perform such other assignments as delegated by partners of the Firm.
• Supporting other companies’ projects (if needed/ if required)
• Report directly to the Managing Partner who is in the direct reporting line.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
I. Skills requirement/ Competencies:
1. Hold at least a BA in law. Lawyer (with a practicing certificate) or has graduated from the Lawyers Training Program
2. Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
3. Being dynamic, creative, and responsible
4. Be able to analyze critically and logically
5. Be able to work independently and under pressure
6. Familiarity and experience with business law practices (e.g., property & construction, foreign investment, corporate & commercial, M&A, etc.)
7. At least 3 years experience with commercial law firms.
