Mô tả công việc

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of contracts, including but not limited to marketing and technology agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements
- Managing and providing legal support on exciting projects involving licences and registration, new technologies to support commercial objectives, whilst providing legal support for day-to-day operations in a fast paced environment
- Dealing with intellectual property, data protection, cybersecurity and payments issues, customer disputes, employment matters
- Leading the group policies implementation and compliance, and awareness trainings for employees
- In charge of corporate secretarial functions: to draft, review BOD meeting documents, resolutions, capital structure, funding & repatriation
- Representing the company to work with all related authorities
- Providing supervision to external lawyers hired to assist the company with their specialized legal services
- Structuring joint enterprises with other organizations
- Working closely with Group legal and external legal counsel to ensure compliances, and provide legal advices to group companies

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor Degree in Law or higher
- Minimum 5 years related working experience (mix of law firm and in-house experience preferred)
- Experience in e-commerce, technology or digital industries is preferred
- Able to respond to the demands of a fast-paced industry, multi-task and adaptable to an international climate
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of writing and speaking in English
