Mô tả công việc
- Markerting and sales in domestic market.
- By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are somtimes seen as having a role in sales.
- Take care existing customers and develop new potential customers. Carry out professionnal on-site or remote support activities and close service calls effectively and efficiently.
- Participate to improve customer satisfaction and achieve competition mindset by finding out and communicating to manage the needs and requirements of customers and competitor activities.
- Handle daily working relate to operation and documentation. Coordinate with customers and colleagues to full fill the job, solving all the masters/ problem relate to operation job.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education background: graduated from Economic, Foreign Trade University; Major charges in Sale & Marketing, International busines or English.
- Related skills:
- Strong skill of MS-Office, good communication skills in English and VietNamese especially in spoken and written.
- Good time management and organization skills.
- Problem solving skills and handling customer complaint.
- Blility to work under hogh pressure, either individual work or teamwork.
- Be careful in dealing with documents.
- Willing to learn.
