Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with Store Manager & Area Manager to understand Store Operation and Consumers Habits/ Demands/ Insights differs from each store
- Market observation to analysis Pros & Cons of different Local Store Marketing Activities from key competitors & F&B industry
- Responsible to develop & implement LSM that fits with each store performance
- Responsible to set up SOP/ detail guideline/ instruction/ process for Ops to follow up & improve quality/ performance
- Closely follow up at store to monitor & evaluate LSM effectiveness, ROI
- Responsible to work & influence with cross-function including: Legal, Finance, IT, Procurement, Designer, Supplier....
- Develop & implement activity for store opening that in line with Brand Strategy
- Responsible for execution of Brand Marketing intiatives in store
- Work within budget for LSM activities and achieve Sales and other targets
- Build relationships with the local community such as schools, offices, and other customer organisations
- Note: a person for Wrap&Roll and Hot pot; a person for BiaCraft & Ut Ut.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2 - 3 years working experience in F&B (Marketing/ Operation)
- Analytical skills (TC/ TA/ Sales/ Profit/ ROI)
- Communication & Presentation skills
- Market observation, SWOT, customer insights understanding
- Problem solving skill, good planner
- Hospitable, enthusiastic
- Fast learner, high energy, active, pressure adapter, good coordinator.
