Mô tả công việc

• Follows standard Service Desk procedures;

• Provide IT services to support end users through phone, ticket requests or directly. Logs all interactions, track the requests and document resolutions. Monitor all open tickets to ensure prompt closure and solution. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention;

• Installs, configures, maintains, upgrades, and troubleshoots of network WAN, LAN, hardware devices and software used in the company;

• Advise user in using computer;

• Manage fix asset of IT equipment and relates;

• Support to manage, maintenance the IP Phone, Camera system and Printer;

• Corporate vendor/supplier in trouble shooting.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University or college degree in IT;

• Good spoken and written English;

• Min 2 years of experience providing hands-on support for IT services;

• Deep knowledge in MS product and platforms;

• Experience in trouble shooting for international company is preferable;

• Experience of creating, understanding and following technical documentation, and processes;

• Experience in SQL development AND/OR Cisco device is preferable.
