Mô tả công việc

Focus on Categories - Logistic and Warehousing.
Work with Procurement Regional Category Managers to handle and support key regional and country sourcing projects.
Thorough analysis of spending and partnership with business functions, and development of overall sourcing strategy that supports the goals of the company.
Lead and execute individual sourcing projects including sourcing strategy development, running the bidding/quotation process, award recommendations, review and negotiation, purchase order issuance and contract execution in coordination with legal team.
Reduce cost of goods by reducing the annual purchase price to achieve the target of management.
Lead supplier qualification process. Familiar with tender/bidding process.
Build and maintain supplier list.
Manage supplier contracts and relationships. Identify and resolve supplier performance issues.
Research market trends and benchmark pricing to make appropriate buying recommendations.
Guide internal customers through procurement process and support them in using Lazada’s procurement system.
Manage, coach and develop high performing purchasing teams that meet agreed objectives and deliver best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
Set objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.

Bachelor’s degree from related fields i.e. business, procurement, supply chain etc...
7+ years or procurement/purchasing experience, including demonstrated leadership ability.
Familiar with procurement of Logistics, IT, Admin, Marketing or Professional Service/Consultancy.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience in managing a team.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Prioritization and stakeholder management.
Fluency in English.
