Tuyển Financial & Accounting Staff (Work Remotely)
Mô tả công việc
* Financial Accounting
- Perform technical accounting tasks as instructed or assigned by department manager
+ Calculate quotes for new and existing products
+ Analyze project return, financial metrics, product profitability…
- Assist with Monthly, Quarterly, Annual closing
- Input, review, analyze, and reconcile assigned accounts, ledgers and reports
* Managerial Accounting
- Track and input internal expenses according to budgets
- Analyze accounts as needed
- Analyze and input production and quality data
- Support maintenance of accurate records for raw material, finished goods, and spare parts inventories
- Assist Production Manager and line manager with special projects.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
* EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required;
- At least 1 year of consistent accounting experience preferred;
- Knowledge of GAAP;
- Familiar with work remotely with business team in USA.
* SKILLS
- Basic accounting skill, including the ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data;
- Strong decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with vendors, co- workers, and others;
- Good at business writing and speaking in Vietnamese and English;
- Strong attention to detail, able to deal with confidential information appropriately.
