- Daily management of e-commerce marketplace operations and relations
- Create, manage, and optimize listings for marketplaces
- Monitor competitive listings on online marketplaces
- Monitor customer reviews and feedbacks in order to propose appropriate methods to improve them
- Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, prices, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to maintain high customer rating and satisfaction as a seller
- Maintain detailed understanding of policies, processes and systems of the marketplaces
- Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales
- Other jobs related to E-commerce
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least College Degree
- Experience in operating or selling on international online e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, Alibaba…
- Good English skills
- The ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software
