Mô tả công việc

  • Assist Manager to define the sales target and identify the resources available for the achievement of the stated sales target.
  • Assist Manager to identify the strategic plans for short- and long-term customer/ channels for achieving the target of reaching customers and generating sales leads.
  • Work closely with Sales/ CS team to build the sales forecast and push sales volume.
  • Analyze market & competitors’ conditions to build strategies, competitive tactics in the key customer channel.
  • Sales forecast, annual and monthly sales target. Stock and delivery plan, branding activities, monthly/ annual promotion, display programs.
  • Understand internal/external factors related to pricing and propose for product pricing and positioning strategies for each product in the market.
  • Work closely with Sales/ Branding team to be accountable for all marketing funds spent to ensure volume and profit growth through the implementation of pay-for-performance trading terms and standards.
  • Follow up the approved budget and allocation to ensure that no overspending occurs.
  • Provide analysis and reports on the MT Sales performance.
  • Enhance data management, reporting, and internal processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of analytical reporting and process execution;
  • Optimize data management and market specifics to higher decision making and use the same data as a foundation for establishing forward-looking growth strategies that capitalize on identified market opportunities.
  • Perform research, identify sales trends, prepare proposals, and create the report/ presentations.
    • Market research: This includes research on changing customer needs and expectations.
    • Competitor research: Set up a competitor database to identify threats and opportunities.
    • Customer research: This involves finding out how existing customers view the organization.
    • External trends: This includes providing their executive teams with up to date research on strategic trends. i.e. political, economic, social, technological, business and industry trends.
    • Business trends: This includes information on the strategies being adopted by global organizations.
    • Industry trend analysis: This involves analyzing changes within the industry the organization operates within.
