Mô tả công việc

Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Developing the marketing plan for the company in line with company objectives.
Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
Create content and approve publication of all marketing material each channel for marketing campaign include ATL (TVC, PR, Print, Digital, Billboard, Direct Marketing) and BTL(POSM, event, activation)
Plan, manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns in line with product/service business objectives.
Direct agency/co-ordinate with Ebiz team to manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Co-operate with PR team to deliver mass media communications for marketing campaign in line with brand identity and corporate identity.
Support marketing for other departments in new product launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of related marketing activities.
Mentor and coach staff to raise the level of capabilities in all relevant areas
Develop professional, efficient and integrity working environment to motivate the employees.
Minimize operational risk & ensure related risks are defined and addressed with related business units via the use of work plans and roadmaps

Higher education in related field (Marketing, Finance). Preferred minimum of 7 years experience in a financial institution’s marketing or communication role
Extensive network in Vietnam and other countries’ marketing sector
Proven record in managing marketing operations
Understand business model and marketing landscape in Vietnam
Fluency of communication in English
