Tuyển dụng Legal Specialist (6-month contract)

Reporting to VP, Head of Legal, you will be responsible for:
· Draft, review, negotiate and translate commercial contracts, procurement agreements, and other documents upon assigned by line manager;
· Prepare and provide legal research (Vietnamese laws) & legal advice for company business and operation;
· In charge of Licensing & liaison with authorities;
· Advise and coordinate with Regional office on corporate regulations, foreign investment, e-commerce legal issues, including labor/commercial/civil matters, etc;
· Manage corporate documents for related companies in the venture;
· Handle in resolving partners claims, liaise with external lawyers and all relevant parties to ensure that the claims are resolved to the best advantage to the company and the group;
· Any other duties that may be assigned in writing from time to time by the Management.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
· University graduate with Law bachelor’s degree;
· Preferably 3 years of proven career track as legal assistant or legal executive;
· Self-motivated, hard-worker, well-organized, and much attention to details with good team management skills;
· Pro-activeness and ability to work under high pressure;
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
· Advance in English language and well capable of Microsoft Office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
· Enthusiasm for e-commerce and its opportunities;
· Previous e-commerce experience and marketing knowledge as a plus.
