Mô tả công việc
* Objectives:
- Responsible for leading the Accounting team to manage the daily operation of the Accounting department, monitoring and analyzing accounting data for financial reports, enforcing proper accounting policies; coordinating internal and external audits.
- Motivate and coach subordinates, share knowledge and advise on problem-solving solutions, monitor and evaluate performance, recommend promotion, bonus and competency assessment gradings in order to secure a committed and efficient team
* Job Scope:
- Handle full set of accounts and meet monthly reporting deadline.
- Manage financial reporting, tax reporting, fiannace & costing management analysis.
- Liaise with Tax officers, Auditors
* Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure accounting accurate and timely monthly, quaterly, and year -end close
- Monitor and analyzes work to develop more efficient work flow and procedure
- Coordinate and support data to financial & accounting manager regarding to management report
- Coordinating the internal and external audits, follow up and keep track process, Tax officer
- Other assignment as required by line manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female, over 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in Accounting management, Accounting, Finance
- Have knowledge of P&L, B/S, Cash low, Tax Law & regulations
- Forecasting: knowledge of of the steps to validate goals and business plan prior to preparing budget and headcount..
- Organization, Personel, fiscal management
