Take responsibility to set up and supervise to ensure Fleet activities should be followed Standard Fleet Process & hit KPI
Manage Fleet activities following Standard
Manage Fleet KPI
Build policies to recruit and develop couriers pool.
Manage and follow couriers income.
Coordinate to related departing to solving arising problems relate to couriers.
Manage and follow Mrspeedy social network for couriers
Set up Fleet weekly meeting to capture & improving fleet process
Report daily/weekly/monthly Fleet activities and result to manager
Recruit and training Fleet members
Support Product team to monitor and solve system issues
Collect all improvements and planning for implement.
Other tasks are assigned by manager.

University degree.
04 years’ experience at Commercial Trade, Logistics, e-Logistics, Customer Services including at least 1 year as a leader
Leadership skills
Analysis & negotiate skill
Computer skill (office, data analysis)
English skill (speaking & writing)
Communication to couriers skill.
