Mô tả công việc
- Participate in handling complaints and denunciations upon request
- Collect information, investigate and verify mistakes of staff
- Carry out inspections on cases of suspected fraud by external objects upon request
- Perform monitoring and investigation operations to actively detect fraudulent acts and violations of the Company's regulations
- Develop remote monitoring tools; manage and implement remote monitoring on a regular and continuous basis to detect violations and risks
- Coordinate with the HR department to conduct disciplinary action against employees who violate the working regulations
- Building and improving related operational processes, improving work efficiency.
- Support the implementation of an internal training program within the scope of expertise.
- Perform other tasks as required by the leader
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Understand the legal system and practices in banking operations, consumer finance companies; Understand the consumer finance company's products;
- Prefer those who are knowledgeable about high technology in banking and finance;
- Prefer people who have worked at banks or financial companies.
- Prefer those who understand LotteFinance's internal regulations and products;
- Having professional investigation and supervision skill
- Minimum qualifications: Graduated from a university with a major in Law or a specialized intermediate level of police major (specially in economic, high-tech, criminal field)
- Foreign language: English or Korean
- Good use of Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Honest, careful
- Ready to business trip (prefer the male candidates)
